Who can sign up for membership?
We support the NHS, the emergency services, the armed services and many other public bodies. Please check the section called 'Who we support'. If you are not sure whether you are eligible please make contact with.

What if I am retired or a volunteer?
We support retired staff and volunteers from certain employments. If you are unsure whether you qualify please make contact with us.

What do I need to apply?
We ask that you provide some personal details and proof of your occupation by uploading an ID card or payslip. We don't need to know how much you earn, so you may redact amounts on the payslip.

How do I apply and how long does it take?
Click on the 'Register' link at the top of the page and follow the online instructions. Once your application is complete, we will screen your application and let you know when your account is live.

What does it cost?
Memberhip is FREE for the first 6 months, after which it costs a nominal £1 a quarter. This ensures that your membership remains live and that we only offer our discounts to active members.

Will I receive a membership card?
No, we don't issue cards, as we consider that they can be a security risk and can be abused. They can be lost, stolen or passed around or continue to be used when members are no longer entitled to the discounts. You will instead, have a virtual online card that is always up to date and can be validated in real time. This better protects our membership and ultimately you.
